Vickie was born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina, and has over twenty years of legal experience. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Midlands Technical College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Limestone College. Vickie began her career volunteering for South Carolina Centers for Equal Justice. Thereafter, she worked for the Oswald Law Firm for five years, where she found her love for probate, estate planning, and real property. She then left the law firm to expand her knowledge at the Lexington County Register of Deed’s Office, where she worked for four years, and the Richland County Probate Court, where she worked as a Senior Estate Clerk for seven years.
Vickie serves as the Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal for the firm. She assists clients with probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning matters.
Chandler was born in Atlanta, Georgia and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from The Citadel. He also earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Charleston School of Law. He has gained experience in Estate Planning and Real Estate closings, while working for McCutchen McLean LLC. In his spare time, he loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, and watch sports (especially Georgia Football).
Savannah Hickman serves as the Intake Coordinator for the Firm. A lifelong resident of Lexington and Columbia, she is a graduate of Dutch Fork High School and the University of South Carolina, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Anthropology. Prior to joining McCutchen McLean, LLC, Savannah served as a Secretary at the Richland County Probate Court.
Savannah has a positive outlook on life and brings her positive energy to assisting individuals as the initial point of contact with the Firm.
Elise Bedenbaugh Holley earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in accounting with a minor in financial management from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with an accounting emphasis from Winthrop University. Before joining McCutchen McLean, LLC Elise worked for five years in public accounting. She handled everything from payroll tax form filings, bookkeeping, financial statements, individual income tax return preparation, and business tax return preparation. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband and son, watch college football, and travel.
At McCutchen McLean, Elise serves as the Business Office Manager and Business and Tax Law Paralegal.
Adrianne Hunter, a Midlands native, was born in Kershaw, South Carolina. She attended Andrew Jackson High School and earned an Associate’s in Science Degree from the University of South Carolina Lancaster. Adrianne started working as a real estate closer in 2007. Most of her experience has involved residential real estate closings, both as a law firm real estate closer and as a mortgage closer for a national lender. For over thirteen years, Adrianne served as a senior real estate closer at a large real estate law firm.
Adrianne can often be seen attending live concerts at the Lexington Amphitheater and local restaurants on Main Street in downtown Lexington. She is the loving mother of one son and they reside in Lexington, South Carolina.
Kathy is a South Carolina native, who was born in Columbia and graduated from Chapin High School. She has over 30 years of legal experience with 26 of those being in family law. Kathy began working as a legal secretary when she was 19 years old and later earned her Paralegal Certificate from the Professional Career Development Institute to broaden her knowledge.
In 1997, Kathy began working at Nexsen Pruet law firm, where she discovered her passion for family law. She worked six and a half years as a legal secretary and over 17 years as a paralegal with their family law team. During those years, she gained much experience working on complex family court cases, completed in-depth training in Microsoft Word, and earned CaseMap Paralegal Certification (11/2007) and Westlaw Certification for Paralegals (05/2020).
In 2010, Kathy had the opportunity to author the “Family Law” chapter of The Paralegal Survival Guide Facts and Forms Second Edition, Published by the South Carolina Bar and present at the accompanying CLE.
Kathy serves as one of our family law paralegals for the firm. She assists family law clients in all phases of their cases and serves as a direct contact between our clients and their attorney.
