Traci Livingston

Traci L. Livingston is a Real Estate Paralegal at McCutchen McLean. A resident of Pomaria and a graduate of Chapin High School, she has more than 25 years of experience as a legal assistant supporting attorneys and clients. Her background includes real estate, estate planning, probate, family law, and the full range of office support those practices require.

She previously worked with Henry Bufkin of Bufkin Law Firm, LLC, for more than 19 years until his retirement in 2024, alongside Tracy Bundrick.

Outside the office, Traci enjoys time with her husband, their children, friends, and family — travel, live music, hometown restaurants, and new adventures.
