Lisa Padgett

Lisa Z. Padgett focuses on commercial and residential real estate matters at the Firm. She also brings experience in probate administration, estate planning, and business law. Lisa is committed to delivering a seamless closing experience for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders by building strong relationships and providing the individualized attention each matter requires to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.

Outside the office, Lisa is married to Billy Padgett. They share four rescue dogs—Max, Chloe, Daisy, and Amè—and have two adult children. She will become a first-time grandmother in 2027. Lisa has participated in five mission trips within the United States and attends First Baptist Church of Lexington and Celebrate Recovery. Her interests include furniture restoration and antique shopping.
